Sugar Pill Heartbreaker Palette.

Hello Beauties! I'm really thrilled about doing this post because I got my hands on the newest Sugarpill palette, the Heart Breaker palette. This was love at 1st sight for me because I love bright, bold eye shadows.

I was already looking to add similar colors to my collection and when they all came together in one palette I immediately thought it was fate (yes it's that serious). Also I really like the pigmentation of Sugarpill's eye shadows.

... "A delicious fix for color fiends! Sugarpill palettes offer bold combinations of richly pigmented, luxury pressed powders in striking hues. The velvety smooth texture allows flawless application and superior blending."

Where to buy: Sugarpill.net
Price: $34 ($48 value)
Amount: 4g/0.14 oz x 4 pans
Finish: These are all matte but Acidberry, 2am, and Mochi have some slight sheen to them. I'd say Velocity was the only true matte.

More pics and swatches!

So far I'm really impressed and I can't wait to do some looks using it!

Brasil Dreams Collection - Estée Lauder Pure Color Blush in Naughty.

Hello Beauties! So I was walking in Macy's this past weekend and this caused me to stop DEAD in my tracks. You ever want to talk about love at first sight, well for me this is it. Mind you I wanted to buy it all but I only bought one blush.

I know over the past few months I've posted about so many coral/orange blushes but I figured one more could not hurt. This is my first Estée Lauder purchase and I think this is a great start with this brand.

Availability: Macy's (online or in store, these are a Macy's exclusive)
Price: $28
Amount: .24 oz or 7g
Finish: Satin
Description: Vivid orange with red undertones

More pics and swatches!

This packaging makes me feel like this is the most luxurious blush I own. The pigmentation is crazy, I am already in love.

Summer FOTDs.

Hello Beauties! I know it isn't technically Summer yet but I always say "My Summer starts when I'm freed from school" which was on May 1st this year. I just wanted to show a few "Face of the Days" on how I've been wearing my makeup lately.

Neutral eyes + MAC's Quick Sizzle lipstick

Neutral eyes + a pop a blue + orange cheeks and lips

MAC's Modern Mandarin
Wet-N-Wild's 24 Carat Gold and MAC's M'orange lipglass

Neutral eyes + glitter liner (MUFE #13) + pink lips

Maybelline Baby Lips - Pink Punch
Revlon Super Lustrous Gloss - Pink Pop

Orange and brown with blue one the lower lash line + Kate 08

Surprisingly all but the last were neutral eye looks but that way I can wear those bright lip colors I love. I also have been trying to show my Urban Decay Naked palette some love lately.

Beauty Rush - Radiant Blush.

Hello Beauties! This post features the three Radiant Blushes from Beauty Rush. These are found at Victoria's Secret (either stores or online).

Beauty Rush - Radiant Blushes

These are the three shades available (from left) : Fresh Love, Dollface, Flutter.

As stated before you can find these at Victoria's Secret, you can purchase a single blush for $7, two for $12, or 4 for $20. Since they don't carry four shades you can either get multiples or something else from the Beauty Rush line.

Each blush contains 6.5g or .22oz of product. I would describe the finish as a satin, they are not shimmery but they do have a sheen.

More Pics and Swatches

Fresh Love
Coral with a slight sheen

Dollface
Light pink with a slight sheen

Flutter
Medium pink with a slight sheen

Swatches (from left): Flutter, Dollface, Fresh Love

I had a VS gift card and I picked these up out of pure curiosity. They are nice but I would not call them must haves. I don't regret buying them or else I probably would have returned them.

Of the three my favorite is Fresh Love and I also like Flutter. Dollface, on my skin tone works better as a highlight. If you like matte blush with no sheen then I would say that these aren't for you.

They remind me a lot of the Tres Cheek blushes because they provide a sheen a long with the color, and that I do like.

Sleek Makeup - iDivine Ultra Matte Palettes.

Hello Beauties! This post features the new Ultra Matte palettes from Sleek Makeup. Initially I was not going to post about these because the Sleek Makeup website states that because of FDA regulations these palettes cannot be shipped to the US. I was really looking forward to these palettes and was really bummed when I found that out.

Luckily a fellow beauty blogger knew someone who was willing to get these and ship them here for us. I decided to do this post because I know that if you live in the US you can find these on Ebay and maybe this post can help you decide if it's worth paying the marked up prices they have on there.

(I took photos before I swatched them and somehow those got erased, please forgive the post-swatched photos)

Ultra Matte V2 Dark

Initial thoughts:
I truly love matte eye shadows but I also know the struggle that comes along with them. These are no different. The bright palette was fairly difficult to swatch. There are a few hits (like the purple and the grey). Some are magnificently pigmented (like the pinks and the blue). I also noticed that to two pink shades are really close to each other. I don't think there's a need for two shadows that close in color in one palette.

The dark palette is way more pigmented than the bright. Most of the swatches are only one swipe. Oddly I found in the dark palette the black to be the least pigmented and Sleek has a Matte black in most (if not all) of their other palettes and it is insanely pigmented.

I will say that I'm happy that I was able to get these palettes (a huge thanks to all that helped :) ). I plan on doing a few looks using these so be on the look out for those.
